  • We reject systems that take 30, 40, or 50% of your work just for a name above the door. A logo doesn’t sell homes — you do. In OWNSTATE, commission stays with the professional who earns it.

  • Purchase price: €500,000 | Total commission: 6% = €30,000
  • System with structural extraction (e.g. 20%): → €6,000 system share → €24,000 remaining. Internal split is based on this reduced amount.
  • System without structural extraction: → €30,000 basis → Internal split on full commission.
  • Difference per closing: €6,000.
